Suggested Use: 2 tablets twice daily with meals. Take tablets with at least 8 ounces (one cup) of water or other liquid.
Other Ingredients: vegetable gum, silica, cellulose, and magnesium stearate.
Warning: Niacin may cause temporary flushing, tingling, skin reddening, and sensations of heat, especially if taken on an empty stomach. This is a natural and harmless reaction. This product may cause an allergic reaction in persons sensitive to inhaled or ingested psyllium.
Take this product with a full 8 ounce glass of liquid. If you do not drink enough liquid, the product may swell in the throat, causing blockage or choking. Avoid use if you have ever had throat or swallowing problems. Seek immediate medical help if pain, swelling, or breathing difficulties occur. If you are pregnant, may become pregnant, or breastfeeding, consult your health care professional before using this product.
Do not use if either tamper-evident seal is broken or missing.

We take care of your concerns while you order at mapleherbs.com- you are requested to immediately get in touch with us, if you have received wrong or damaged products. All discrepancies must be reported to us within 2 days (48 hours) of the delivery of the order.
You can inform us through a call, chat or customer support email (support@mapleherbs.com). Customers may be asked to provide supporting image/s or video, in case of wrong products received. Our team will verify the requests made by the customer within 24 (twenty-four) business hours from the time of receipt of the complaint. Once the claim is verified as genuine and reasonable, mapleherbs.com will facilitate prepaid return pickup for the wrong product delivered. Please ensure, however, that the product is sealed and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact, before handing over the incorrect item to our return pickup executive.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
