Return Policy

We take care of your concerns while you order at mapleherbs.com; you are requested to immediately get in touch with us, if you have received wrong, incorrect or damaged products.

Kindly report all discrepancies to us within 2 days (48 hours) of the delivery of the order.

You can inform us through a call, chat or support email. Customers may be asked to provide supporting image or video, in case of wrong products received. Our team will verify the requests made by the customer within 24 (twenty-four) business hours from the time of receipt of the complaint. Once the claim is verified as genuine and reasonable, Mapleherbs.com will facilitate prepaid return pickup for the wrong product delivered. Please ensure, however, that the product is sealed and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact, before handing over the incorrect item to our return pickup executive.

Products once delivered are non-returnable, unless wrong or incorrect product/s are delivered. Return request will strictly not be entertained/ facilitated for such cases –

  1. Discrepancy reported after 2 days (48 hours) of delivery
  2. Products damaged after delivery or in-transit damage
  3. Used/unsealed products
  4. Ordered by mistake

Refund Policy

Customers are eligible for full refunds only after successful review of the discrepancy claim and approval by our team, in case of a damaged product. In case of wrong or incorrect product, refund amount will be credited back only once the wrong product is returned to us in its original condition. If you have paid by Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / Digital Wallets, then refund will go back to the original mode of payment and it may take up to 3-4 business days to reflect.
