We partner directly with the brands and bring their potent products to India as their official Importer of Record, so as to conceive the idea of a Global Wellness Ecosystem. All Mapleherbs.com orders are shipped directly from our US warehouses, located in New York, Pennsylvania & Florida by Air-Freight (DHL or FEDEX). In most cases, the ports of entry for the products are Delhi or Mumbai.

Mapleherbs.com facilitates an All-inclusive pricing and a single-window payment system- our Selling price for imported / US brand products includes the Product Cost, US to India International Shipping Charge & Custom Duty taxes (for imported brands / products) are collected right at the checkout page, which negates the hassle of dealing with the shipping carriers (couriers) for payment of Custom Duties and providing KYC documents (including self-declaration documents) for Import clearance. Order Processing

All Mapleherbs.com orders are processed and shipped* from US to India, within 5-7 business days after you place an order, unless the product is on back-order (Out of Stock). This ensures the products you receive belong to the latest manufacturing and packaging lot with the maximum validity period.

Shipping time 

The time from when the item leaves our US warehouse to when it arrives at your door (delivery address in India). In most cases, this is 14-15 days. However, some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time caused by air freight delay, Customs hold, or any other unforeseen complications outside of Maple Herbs’ control.

Deliveries within India (Domestic)

A. Standard Shipping

We ship all our orders to your Final Delivery Address through our Final Mile Shipping partners- Blue Dart, Delhivery and DTDC. Depending on your delivery pincode (zipcode), we choose the fastest shipping carrier for you. At the time of delivery, you may be asked to share an OTP (one-time password), which you will previously receive on your registered mobile number. This process is implemented to make sure that your order does not end up in the wrong hands. Estimated delivery for Standard Shipping happens in 14-15 calendar days.

B. Expedited Shipping

Not always, but sometimes, order deliveries are expedited, depending on the stock availability at our Delhi warehouse-cum- Fulfilment Hub. Estimated delivery for Expedited Shipping happens in 2-3 business days.

All USA orders are fulfilled right from our warehouses based in America through UPS/ USPS/ Fedex.

All EU (European Union) orders are fulfilled from our Fulfilment Hub located in The Netherlands, from where the final delivery happens through our shipping partners, depending on the country of delivery. We offer DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) service for shipments to your country of delivery. All duties, taxes, and import fees are pre-collected at the time of checkout to expedite Customs Clearance; no further payments are required at the time of delivery.

For United Kingdom, DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) service is not available as UK is no longer in the European Union, after the BREXIT process, held on 31 January 2020. Royal Mail will contact with you for prepayment of duties, taxes, and import fees before the final delivery of goods. Orders from us are only exempt from customs duty if they cost £135 or less.
