In a randomized placebo-controlled trial in 44 adults aged 50-70, the group receiving a daily dose of 1.5 to 2 grams of magnesium L-threonate showed markedly improved cognitive and executive function in just 12 weeks.
In animal studies, magnesium L-threonate was shown to encourage short and long-term memory and help maintain effective function and quantity of synaptic connections between brain cells. In preclinical studies, magnesium L-threonate improved the function of signaling pathways necessary for healthy memory.

In an animal study, the magnesium L-threonate contained in Neuro-Mag® boosted magnesium levels in the cerebrospinal fluid (the liquid around your brain and spinal cord) by about 15% in just 24 days.
Just Three Capsules a Day
A single bottle of Neuro-Mag® Magnesium L-Threonate contains 90 vegetarian capsules, enough for a one-month supply. The suggested daily dose of three capsules provides 2,000 mg of magnesium L-threonate, the preferred form of magnesium for supporting memory and maintaining cognitive health.
Dosage and Use
Take three (3) capsules daily, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
Magnesium L-Threonate has less of a laxative effect than other forms of magnesium.
