For best results, use at first sign of symptoms. Use only with enclosed dosage cup. Adults & children 12 years of age and older: Take 2 teaspoons (tsp) (10 mL) four times daily. Children 6-11 years of age: Take 1 teaspoon (5 mL) four times daily. Children under 6 years of age: Consult a physician.
Sore throat warning: severe or persistent sore throat for more than 2 days or if accompanied by high fever, headache, nausea, vomiting or rash may be serious. Consult a physician promptly. Ask a doctor before use if you have a persistent or chronic cough that lasts, is chronic such as occurs with smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis or emphysema or is accompanied by excessive phlegm (mucus). Stop use and ask a doctor if new symptoms occur, symptoms worsen or do not get better within 7 days; fever worsens or lasts more than 3 days; cough lasts more than 7 days or occurs with rash or persistent headache. These could be signs of a serious condition. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a healthcare professional before use. In case of overdose, seek medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.

We take care of your concerns while you order at mapleherbs.com- you are requested to immediately get in touch with us, if you have received wrong or damaged products. All discrepancies must be reported to us within 2 days (48 hours) of the delivery of the order.
You can inform us through a call, chat or customer support email (support@mapleherbs.com). Customers may be asked to provide supporting image/s or video, in case of wrong products received. Our team will verify the requests made by the customer within 24 (twenty-four) business hours from the time of receipt of the complaint. Once the claim is verified as genuine and reasonable, mapleherbs.com will facilitate prepaid return pickup for the wrong product delivered. Please ensure, however, that the product is sealed and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact, before handing over the incorrect item to our return pickup executive.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
